Accounting Process Leader with German

For our Client – international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accounting Process Leader with German.
Responsibilities:
– Providing professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
– Acting as SME in the process
– Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship
– Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
– Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
– Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
– Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
Requirements:
– 2- 3 years of experience in one of the departments AP/AR/GL
– Very good German and English
– Knowledge of IFRS standards
– Good analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel
– Ability to enhance process and controls
– Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
– Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
– Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
– Ability to work under pressure
