IT Service Consultant CIAM

Responsibilities:

• Implementing web components for user registration, login, multichannel communication, web forms
• Building Data Models and implementing them
• ETL programming/scripting for data transformation, migration and data sync-up
• Working in Agile/Scrum
• Identification of technical issues and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Back-End and Front-End teams to build the web sites
• Providing technical assessment and estimation for proposed solutions
• Quality Assurance through test automation
• Solving reported issues according to service guidelines
• Knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in IT in application or data support
• Experience in service support and service processes (preferred ITIL basics)
• Knowledge of data operations e.g. SQL
• Basic knowledge of ETL scripting, HTML5, CCS3, JavaScript
• Experience in working in Agile and Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins)
• Very good English verbal & written communication skills (B2)
