Procurement System Users Support

Main duties:
 Providing support to system users globally (answering their questions, solving queries)
 Supporting system’s maintenance process, improvements and changes
 Providing trainings for users, preparing training materials
 Sharing best practices with users

Requirements:
 Experience in users support, preferably procurement / source-to-pay systems (i.e., SAP Ariba, Coupa or others)
 Fluent English – C1 is a must
 Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
 Personal drive and initiative
 Well-developed communication skills
