Senior IT Business Consultant/ IT Leader

You Will:
Oversee all branch operations
Deliver the KPI, revenue and profitability targets
Recruitment process service for various companies
Drive sales and cost management
Manage, motivate and develop the team
Champion the companies quality management system
Report to the BranchManager
Commercial results and share ideas to move the business forward
Recruit, induct, develop great teams with clear progression planning

Wymagania:
About you:
Be able demonstrate a successful career in the recruitment industry
Have the ability to inspire and lead a team
Have at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment industry
Proven sales performance
Adaptability
An effective communicator at all levels
