The employed candidate will be responsible for managing the finances of one of the business lines and acting as a finance business partner for commercial teams – analysis of business opportunities, cost and margin control, recommendations for further business decisions. We are looking for a motivated person, who can work independently and deal with numerous challenges.

Our Client is a global technology company – consumer goods / electronics.


  • Acting as a Finance Business Partner for Sales & Marketing Departments
  • Being responsible for the annual budgeting process
  • Monthly forecasting and controlling of revenues and spending
  • Analyzing monthly P&L (plan vs actual, recommendations)
  • Calculating ROI of promotional campaigns and marketing expenses
  • Identifying opportunities and risks in terms of profitability – business case analysis (marketing activities, promotions, commercial conditions & rebates etc.)
  • Supporting the business in terms of budget management
  • Participating in month-end closing


  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in sales controlling and cooperation with commercial teams
  • Knowledge of FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Technology sector
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Very good command of English both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of ERP and BI systems (for example: SAP, Power BI, Cognos)
  • Ability to work under a pressure from the business and deadlines
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-achieving and pro-active attitude
